The Dad Project provides a range of different training programs  aim at Dads regardless if the goal is weight loss, bulking up or general fitness .

The aim is simply to provide structured and progressive fitness programs to keep you healthy and active so you can keep up with their kids.

There are 3 programs: Strength, Fitness and Complete which can all be carried out in any commercial gym

All programs are delivered directly to your smart phone where you can track each session as video demos for each exercise and log your results as you go: Your coach will offer help, advice and support throughout the program ……its as like having a personal training in your pocket.
