This takes into account everything from your goals, current food intake and choices, available time and equipment to prep, needs and requirements of the sport or activity you compete in.
The aim is to help guide you through the process of improving your diet, nutrition and additional factors that may have a impact on your health, wellbeing and performance.
Following on from a needs analysis questionnaire, a bespoke nutrition programme is designed as a starting point, this contains calorie, protein , fat, carbohydrate targets, advice and recommendation for supplementation, meal timing and frequency and an initial nutrition plan template which is the baseline starting point that is regularly tweaked, changed and adapted based on your results, experiences and changing in goals.
