The Air Bike is the ulitmate conditioning machine, its brutality is in the simplicity…… the faster you go the more it hurts.

The programme covers all 3 energy systems from sprint to endurance and is designed based on the principles of the OPEX Fitness Programing for the Air Bike course

  • Initial test week and retest week
  • 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks : 1 sprint sessions/ 1 anaerobic interval session / 1 aerobic session
  • Each session progresses weekly

Access to the Lift-Row-Eat-Grow Private facebook coaching group for day to day content, video posts and live talks

The only thing you need is an Air bike (assault / bulldog or Echo Bike)

Although not specifically programmed for it, this programme could be performed on a Erg Bike,

The programming is deliveried straight to your smart phone or tablet via the LREG App
